Tulsi oil (also known as Holy Basil oil) is a potent essential oil steam-distilled from the leaves of the Ocimum sanctum plant. Revered in Ayurveda as the "Elixir of Life", it is widely used for stress relief, respiratory support, and clarifying acne-prone skin. Because it is a highly concentrated therapeutic-grade oil, it must always be diluted with a carrier oil before skin application and should never be ingested directly.
